Catherine is a UK trained Rhinologist and anterior skull base surgeon based at Charing Cross Hospital London . She graduated from Imperial College School of Medicine, completed her ENT specialist training in London and was award a prestigious Royal College of Surgeons fellowship in advanced Rhinology. Catherine has a keen interest in research and has completed a PhD on Sinonasal airflow and transport at Imperial College London. Her work involved collaboration between the departments of Otolaryngology, Aeronautics and Nuclear Medicine. As an honorary research fellow and lecturer in the Aeronautics department she continues to be actively involved with this research. She was awarded one of the top 50 women in engineering in 2021 for her collaborative work on aerosol containment during the COVID pandemic.
