
Dr David Chin is an ENT Surgeon in Singapore with subspecialty interest in rhinology.
After completing ENT training in 2011, he undertook the Sydney Clinical Rhinology and Endoscopic Skull Base Surgery Fellowship under the mentorship of Professor Raymond Sacks, Professor Richard Harvey and Dr George Marcells. He also attended a further fellowship at Tri Service General Hospital with Dr Kao Chuan-Hsiang for further training in Asian rhinoplasty.
While in public service from 2012 to 2016, he served as consultant in rhinology covering four teaching hospitals. Subsequently, he has been in private practice with ASCENT Ear Nose Throat Specialist Group.
He has frequently served as faculty for regional rhinology and FESS courses and has been a co-director of the Singapore Sleep Allergy and Rhinology Conference since 2017.
He is a past recipient of the prestigious Yahya Cohen Memorial Lectureship (College of Surgeons, Singapore) for his publication on frontal sinus surgery and continues to contribute to postgraduate ENT training, as a member of the Board of Examiners and the Standard Setting Committee for ENT specialist training.
